Who can commission?
I am currently only willing to do customs for people who have commissioned me in the past, or people I trust.
What I can/can't design
I am willing to design any type of character, however, I am best at non-human designs. Fan character designs might be a little iffy, especially if I am not knowledgeable about the source material.
What to send
You can send a plain text description, emojis, or photo references to explain the type of character you'd like me to create. Please do not send ocs as examples unless you have explicit permission to do so.
Process
It's totally up to you if you want full control over the design process, or if you want me to take over. I will send you photos during the entire design process. If you'd prefer not to see progress photos, please let me know.
I will come up with 3 potential design ideas at the start, and if you aren't happy with those I can create a few additional ones. 5 is the maximum amount of sketches I am willing to create without charging extra. Asking for alterations to an existing sketch is completely fine.
Unhappy with a design
If you don't like your custom that is totally fine! You can trade me that design for a new custom, your money back minus the transaction fee, or you can commission something else using the money you paid for the custom.
However, if you decide to do this you will no longer have the rights to the custom character you initially commissioned and I have the right to keep or resell it.
I do not have the right to your character's lore, so rest assured if you send character lore to help with the design process it will not be attached to the rejected design.
Reselling
If you resell a character I've designed for you, you can not sell them for more than you paid for unless they have extra artwork.
Updating your character
You can do whatever you want to the character you've bought. If there are any aspects of the design you aren't happy with you are more than welcome to make those changes.
Credit
I must be credited somewhere for designing your character, whether it be the first post you make using this character, or somewhere on your toyhou.se if you have one.
Chargebacks
If you charge me back during the design process or once your design has been completed you will immediately lose all rights to the character and will be blacklisted from all future commissions.
I can choose to do whatever I'd like with this character.
